The UK Safer Internet Centre is a partnership of three leading organisations: South West Grid for Learning, Childnet International and Internet Watch Foundation with one mission - to promote the safe and responsible use of technology for young people.
The Professionals Online Safety Helpline (POSH) was set up in 2011 to help the children’s workforce with online safety issues. The POSH is accessible for all professionals who work with young people and offers support with a range of online safety issues including:
- Gaming
- Grooming
- Sexting
- Extortion
- Eating disorders
- Self-harm
